“Hertz” (Hz) is the scientific term that defines one vibrational cycle per second. Musical notes are recognized and named by the frequency in Hz which they emit: for instance, classic middle A has a natural tuning of 432 Hz. This number is highly significant in the numerical dynamics of our universe. Author Elina St-Onge explains, “The number 432 is reflected in ratios of the Sun, Earth, and the moon as well as the precession of the equinoxes, the Great Pyramid of Egypt, Stonehenge, the Sri Yantra among many other sacred sites.”

The moon’s diameter, 2,160 miles, is the sum total of 432 x 5
432 multiplied by 60 (the Hz number of Calcium) equals 25,920: the exact number of years in the “grand procession” orbit of our solar system through the 12 stellar constellations of our mapped universe.
Recordings of frequencies emitted from quasars, pulsars, and star systems show that a vast majority of these celestial bodies are tuned to A=432. This natural pitch has even been described as “heavenly”, because of how our cosmic orchestra is harmonized within itself as A=432 at the reference. Those familiar with Sacred Geometry will have heard of the Phi/Golden Ratio, which is a simple algebraic formula described by the universe in infinite spiraling forms, as you see in seashells, succulent cactus, and the arms of a spiraling galaxy. Even the cochlea, the part of the inner ear that converts acoustic impulses into electrical signals, has a spiral shape that is mathematically describable through the Golden Ratio/Phi, (which, when manifested in nature, is called the “Fibonacci Series”). The Golden Ratio is also in perfect agreement with the “Solfeggio frequencies”, which make up the ancient 6-tone scale used in sacred music like the Gregorian Chants. All of these natural geometric manifestations have the number 432 described in their form.
8Hz (432/54), applies to the Universal Phi Ratio and is a highly significant frequency as well. In 1952, Winfired Otto Shumann demonstrated a series of low-frequency resonances caused by lightning discharges between Earth’s surface and the ionosphere, showing that that 8Hz is the fundamental electromagnetic “beat” of planet Earth. Further research has shown that 8Hz frequency allows the full activation potential of the human brain, and that it is the frequency of the double helix in DNA replication. As would be expected, human beings throughout time have naturally made music in accordance with these numbers, which are resonant with the physico-acoustic laws of creation governing reality.
But what must be noted is that Planet Earth’s modern International Standard for musical tuning places the reference pitch at A=440Hz. Why?
There is a theory that Nazi propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels’ 1939 conference to standardize A=440 was organized in an effort to create a form of subconscious body-mind control by throwing humans off their natural alignment. A referendum of 23,000 French musicians who had voted overwhelmingly in favor of A=432Hz were excluded from the event, along with any musician, engineer, instrument maker, and physicist in opposition to the international standardization of A=440.
In his paper Musical Cult Control, Dr. Leonard Horowitz claimed that “the music industry features this imposed frequency that is ‘herding’ populations into greater aggression, psycho social agitation, and emotional distress predisposing people to physical illness.” In her book Intervals Scales Tones and the Concert Pitch C=128hz, Maria Renold claims that A=440 “disassociates the connection of consciousness to the body and creates anti-social conditions in humanity.” According to researcher Brian T. Collins (who strongly endorses Renold’s book), it actually diminishes perception of tone and resonant harmony. Have our modern music industry standards been adjusted in a dictatorial conspiracy to deregulate the natural human form? Perhaps.
Although the audible difference between A=432 and A=440 is extremely slight, many people can feel the difference. Listeners experiencing music tuned to A=432 have reported higher level imaginative (right-brain) thinking, a greater depth of serenity, and a feeling of connectedness and flow. Because of this, many musicians are still tuning their instruments to A-432 in accordance with natural universal geometric dynamics. If you’re interested, search “432” on YouTube and you will find hundreds of healing meditation soundtracks that play this frequency, as well as the other congruent frequencies: C 256,512, D 288,576, E 324,648, F 352,704, G 384,768, A 432,864, and B 486,972 — all said to have a healing affect on the mental, physical, emotional, and etheric energy bodies of the human. Even biochemists are using these frequencies for DNA repair. You can also see how the numbers in this list are perfect wholes, and have been calculated using the Pythagorean method of 3:2 ratio for dominants, 11:8 for sub-dominants, and 2:1 for octaves — whereas the frequencies used in the arbitrary A=440 are complex fractions that do not hold numerical significance in our universe.
The theory of the Nazi propaganda machine institutionalizing A=440 to throw off human beings’ natural connection to their inner being and the being of the universe is quite interesting. I can’t say I will stop listening to songs produced in 440 (doing so would necessitate the elimination of nearly my entire iTunes library), but I will definitely increase my listening time to these natural frequencies to see if it has any noticeable effects.
